At CleanAesthetic, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Personal care or hygiene products after opening
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defective product
  • Damaged item upon arrival

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund

8. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
